Five Wildcats inducted into La Société Honoraire de Français

Five students who were inducted into La Société Honoraire de Français

For the first time at Greeley Central High School, five students were inducted into La Société Honoraire de Français!

La Société Honoraire de Français (French Honor Society) is a U.S. based organization, sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of French, that recognizes high school students for excellence in French language studies. The society promotes interest in the French language and Francophone culture, encourages strong academic achievement, and supports international understanding.

Eligibility Requirements that students must maintain:

  • Be in grades 10-12, and be enrolled in at least their 4th semester of French
  • Maintain at least an A- average in French over the past three semesters
  • Regularly attend meetings and the induction ceremony
  • Demonstrate a consistently exemplary record of both conduct and academic achievement
  • Complete at least 8 hours of related community service
