Making Counseling Appointments
Counselors are oftentimes unable to accommodate walk-in visits. Therefore, you must sign up for an appointment with Mrs. Endres in the counseling office. At the time you make your appointment, you will receive a pass that can be used to leave class. You can also set your appointment through the Counseling webpage. There are also various signs located throughout the building with each Counselor’s name with a QR Code below their name for scanning and setting up an appointment.
It is your responsibility to show up on time. You will not be called out of class.
Schedule Changes
Changes will only be made to a student schedule in the following situations:
- If two classes are scheduled for the same block
- If only one semester of a year-long class is scheduled
- If you have not met the prerequisite
- If you are a senior and do not have a class needed for graduation
- If you would like to change a core class to or from an honors or AP level
- If you do not have a full schedule
- If you are scheduled for the same class twice or enrolled in a class you have already passed
- If you need to accommodate work hours for enrollment in ACE, ICE, Business Prep, Marketing Education or Career Academy
Changes will only be made via email between the student and the grade-level counselor.
Library Information
The Greeley Central library is open and available for student use from 7:30AM until 4:00PM each day. Students are permitted to check-out library books with a valid student ID. Students who have an off-block may use the library to study or utilize computers if space permits. Computer usage is limited to academic purposes - this may include checking grades, writing papers, doing research, etc. The library manager will monitor student use on the computers.
