Athletics

We have switched our online registration platform to Arbiter. Previous registration logins are not valid and will not allow you to register your student.

Parents/Guardians of student-athletes intending to participate in athletics MUST complete their online registration, which includes uploading their students’ most recent physical to ensure eligibility for participation.

Please follow the instructions below to register your student for sports. We have simplified this process through our online digital registration.

1. Create an Arbiter Registration account (you only need one account for your whole family.

   • You may create your account by clicking this link.

2. Activate your Arbiter Registration account using the activation link that will be automatically sent to your email. (Note: this email may go into your junk/spam folder).

   • If you are having trouble creating your account, receiving the activation email, or logging in, you may contact support at registration@arbitersports.com or call us at 800-311-4060. You can also contact Caren Renee Haining in our Athletics Office after July 21st, 2025 at (970) 348-5004.

3. Complete your athletic registration:

   • Select the Athletic Registration program from the High School Registration Site by clicking this link.

   • Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email notification confirming we have received your registration.

   • If you need assistance with your online registration, please reach out to Arbiter Registration Support at 800-311-4060 or registration@arbitersports.com or contact Caren Renee Haining in our Athletics Office after July 21st, 2025 at (970) 348-5004.

• Do not let a lack of a physical stop you from registering. You do not have to upload one. If you do not have an updated physical, please continue on with the rest of the application.
• Please continue to register by scrolling to the next item until the end when it says "Continue". There will be a summary page that will show you what you are registering for. If everything looks good, click the "Submit" button to complete your registration.
• All students must have an up-to-date physical as well as insurance.

  • You can find these physical forms by clicking the specific version above, by clicking the "Forms" menu below, or you can pick up a paper copy in the main office. 
• We must have a current physical on file by the first official day of practice. 
  • The first official day of Fall Sports practice is Monday, August 4th, 2025 for Boys Golf and Monday, August 11th, 2025 for other fall sports.
  • The first official day of Winter Sports practice is Monday, November 17th, 2025.
  • The first official day of Spring Sports practice is Monday, February 17th, 2026 for Boys Volleyball and Monday, February 24th, 2026 for all other spring sports.
  • Physicals can be scanned and emailed to Caren Haining, CHAINING@GREELEYSCHOOLS.ORG , or you can bring the physical to the main office. We'll make a copy of the physical.
• If you don't have Health Insurance, you may want to check out this company which specializes in health insurance for High School and Middle School athletes. The insurance is affordable: WWW.HSRI.COM/K12_ENROLLMENT
