Art Club
The Art Club works on a wide variety of art projects throughout GCHS as well as within the community. Recently, students have worked on several murals in addition to assisting with theatrical productions and school activities s.a. homecoming. This year we will also be working in conjunction with Central's Art Magnet School.
FBLA
The Future Business Leaders of America is a group of High School Students that gather to prepare for various competitions and tests that apply directly to the business world. We also participate in outside activites, such as volunteer work in the community.
FCCLA
FCCLA is a nonprofit national career and technical student organization for young men and women in family and consumer sciences education in public and private school through grade 12.
Thespian Troupe 657
Troupe 657 was founded in 1945 by English teacher Grace Dawson, for whom our annual "Best Thespian" award is named. Since our chartering, over 1800 Greeley High and Greeley Central High students have become members, including numerous students who have gone on to become prominent Greeley citizens. Troupe membership is tendered to students who have participated in any capacity in a minimum of two plays at Central, and who have earned a minimum of 10 points. One point is awarded for each 10 hours of service. For the past school year, major award winners were: Grace E. Dawson Best Thespian, Will Benich and Nate Cockroft, and Unsung Hero, Dylan Shelofsky. For 2008-09, Troupe officers are Dylan Shelofsky, Jessie McMurren and Megan Skees. Mr. Mark Kolokoff is Troupe advisor.
TSA (Technology Student Association)
TSA members learn: problem-solving, decision-making, critical thinking and leadership skills as they relate to design, communications, power, energy, transportation, engineering, manufacturing, construction and biotechnology. TSA strives to meet the educational needs of all students in an ever-changing technological world.
